Enter how many of each bill you already have. The page works out which bills go into each envelope and what you still need to withdraw.
Enter how many pieces of each bill you have. Leave a bill blank (or 0) if you don't have any. To add or remove a bill size, use the calculator's Setup; this page copies that list.
Use this when you want particular bills in a particular envelope, for example some 50s in Groceries so they don't all end up in the last rows. These are set aside first; everything else is filled in afterwards. A bill bigger than one portion is still accepted as long as the whole category has room for it, and is shown as covering the whole envelope.

Categories and budgets are copied from the calculator. To change them, edit them there and this page updates by itself. The green column is what to put in each category's envelope. "Bills per week" is just the reference split, if you keep the portions separate. Bills are handed out from the top row down: first every portion whose calculator bills you actually have (a 500 portion always gets a 500 while one exists), then portions that can be made another way, then the rest get whatever is left. Bills set aside in Step 2 are placed before all of that.

"Need" is the ideal count from the calculator. "Used" is what this page actually placed. "Still need" is what to get from the bank so every short envelope is complete.
